Welcome to RiffWatchers! We are a Meetup group for people in central Illinois who are fans of RiffTrax and Mystery Science 3000 (MST3K), or B-Movies in general.

What is RiffTrax?

RiffTrax are comedic MP3 tracks that you play in-sync with your favorite movies. Written and performed by the stars of the award-winning TV series Mystery Science Theater 3000, RiffTrax brings the unique humor of "Satellite of Love" partners Michael J. Nelson, Kevin Murphy and Bill Corbett to Hollywood's hit movies.

As RiffWatchers, we get together whenever time allows (hopefully once a month!), usually at someone's home, to enjoy a RiffTrax or MST3K movie, depending on our mood at the time. Heck, maybe we'll just watch a B-Movie and make fun of it ourselves! Also, when there is a RiffTrax Live event, we try to hit a local participating theater and take part of that, too.

Anyone is welcome to join; there are no membership dues or qualifications. We do ask for donations at our Meetup events in order to cover the cost of the RiffTrax but this is completely optional.
